Guidance about fighting and preventing COVID-19 and other infectious disease has evolved over the course of the pandemic, and keeping our frontline staff of cleaners, supervisors and engineers abreast of new information has been – and will continue to be – an ongoing effort. CCS Facility Services’ latest educational investment is training hundreds of staff through the GBAC Trained Technician program, which delivers best-in-class training on proper cleaning and disinfecting for infectious diseases. GBAC Trained Technician certified supervisors deliver ongoing training and provide quality control to our customers.
We maintain continuous education for staff through staff email blasts, employee portal messaging, posters, virtual and socially distanced trainings and one-on-one supervisor communications.
