Kateri Nelson is the Vice President of People & Culture. Kateri has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Organization Leadership & Change Management as a Distinguished Scholar and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management. A 13-year HR veteran – and an Army veteran – she is passionate about DEI, employee engagement and recognition, safety, talent acquisition, and employee relations. In her role, Kateri is responsible for strategic HR leadership and development, program leadership of the Worker’s Compensation program, policy governance, and compliance. Kateri speaks intermediate Spanish and has extensive background in Arabic, French, and Portuguese.
