A well-maintained campus enhances first impressions, student experience, and institutional pride—driven by dedicated custodial teams who do more than clean, they create welcoming spaces for learning and community.
Meghan Santella serves as Vice President, Education & Strategic Accounts at CCS Facility Services. As a proud former educator and Fulbright Scholar, she combines her passion for learning with hands-on leadership in operations and facility management.
Before joining CCS, Meghan taught elementary, middle, and high school in Oklahoma and Denver, inspiring students in the classroom and on the soccer field as a coach. Her background in education fuels her approach to leadership: empathy, communication, and continual growth.
Meghan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2018 and her Master of Education in 2020. That same year, she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to conduct research in South Africa, deepening her understanding of global education and community development.
Since transitioning into facility services, Meghan has spent the past three years building her expertise in operations and janitorial management. She brings an educator’s mindset to every role, focused on problem-solving, mentoring, and creating systems that help teams and clients succeed.
At CCS, Meghan supports cross-functional teams in delivering excellence and consistency across service lines, guided by the same curiosity and care that defined her years as a teacher.
