All equipment is maintained according to manufacturer guidelines, with records stored in operating software accessible from CCS Facility Services mobile devices to monitor service schedules and minimize waste.

To prevent over-ordering, the company sets purchase limits and requires senior approval for exceptions. Supervisors secure supplies and monitor inventory, while staff report low stock for prompt restocking. At client sites, a supervisor oversees inventory, sets product par levels, and checks deliveries. Monthly reviews adjust orders based on usage, and supplier relationships are managed for better pricing.
