QC starts with your single point of contact. Each customer is paired with a dedicated Account Manager who is available 24/7 to ensure seamless support and proactive communication. Clients benefit from flexible site visits, with standard monthly inspections and the freedom to request more or fewer visits without incurring extra charges. Business reviews are conducted weekly or at a frequency tailored to each client’s needs, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged in ongoing service delivery.

Our advanced digital work order system streamlines operations, allowing for instant creation and tracking of work orders. Digital checklists help ensure that every aspect of the scope of work is covered, while completion notifications provide immediate updates when tasks are finished. Customers experience comprehensive reporting and visibility into all completed tasks within specified timeframes.

Our Quality Control Cycle in Action

Within our work order system, tasks are immediately routed to the appropriate staff or manager, and resources are identified and deployed. Branch leadership conducts daily meetings to review open and pending tasks. All communications and staff assignments are meticulously tracked in the program.

Once work is completed, supervisors validate completion in person. Before closing each ticket, the details and photos are documented in our work order program, ensuring thorough documentation. Communication Managers then review all completion notes, adding supplementary details or images as necessary, while branch management oversees daily reports of completed work.

To ensure transparency, Account Managers share completion notes and photos with client teams at the start of each workday, fostering clear communication and confidence in the service provided.

Routine Inspections

In addition to daily oversight via Building Leads, Day Service Managers, and Night Area Managers, your facilities will be inspected regularly by your CCS Facility Services Account Managers. Inspections are fundamental to our quality control protocol.

Your CCS Facility Services Account Manager will validate that the tasks within the scope of work are regularly being performed to the level of quality required. Our quality inspections use a pass or fail rating system, which allows CCS Facility Services to identify any discrepancies with the level of cleaning service and operationalize the issue not happening again in the future. If a maintenance issue is found during the inspection process, we will promptly notify the property manager and any other designated staff via your preferred communication method. These outcomes are shared with employees, and reporting tools facilitate trend analysis for continuous improvement.

Yes. We conduct both formal and informal quality control inspections to maintain consistency. We also invite our customers to attend formal inspections with their dedicated Account Manager so that expectations are aligned, and feedback can be addressed in real time.

What kind of management/supervision and support can we expect our cleaners to have?

Every account is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who oversees daily operations, provides routine on-site visits, and ensures all work consistently meets your standards. In addition, our cleaners receive support from regional managers and quality control teams, giving them multiple layers of supervision and guidance to maintain high-quality service.

How do you ensure quality assurance?

We maintain quality assurance through a layered approach that includes dedicated Account Managers, formal and informal inspections, and random spot checks.
