About Don
Don earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from North Carolina State University, graduating summa cum laude and serving as a ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate. He later completed advanced military training at the U.S. Army Quartermaster Center and School, graduating first in his class in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, where he earned honors in Basic Arabic Language.
Following a distinguished military career, Don transitioned to facility services, applying his expertise in logistics, safety, and systems integration to corporate operations. Over nearly two decades, his leadership at CCS Facility Services has guided enterprise-level initiatives that impact thousands of employees and customers nationwide.
Don is passionate about advancing health, safety, and sustainability across the industry. He remains actively engaged with professional organizations, including ISSA, the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
