Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and English from Ripon College, where she built a foundation in communication, storytelling, and analytical thinking that continues to inform her leadership style today.
Before joining CCS Facility Services, Julie directed marketing and communications at Rose Medical Center (HCA HealthONE), where she developed multi-channel campaigns and growth strategies that elevated brand visibility and supported business expansion.
Over the course of her career, Julie has worked across corporate, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, developing marketing programs that unite insight and creativity. She has been recognized for campaigns that connect audiences through authentic storytelling and measurable results.
