Kateri brings a people-first mindset to every aspect of her work, focusing on building programs that inspire growth, promote belonging, and connect employees to purpose. Her approach blends strategy with empathy, helping CCS Facility Services teams thrive in an environment built on opportunity and respect.
Kateri holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global, where she received the Distinguished Scholar Award. Her studies in International Business and Arabic language and culture have shaped a leadership philosophy rooted in global awareness and inclusion.
Before joining CCS Facility Services, Kateri built the Talent Acquisition function at Veritext Legal Solutions and spent a decade with Allied Universal leading HR teams and developing programs that enhanced workforce performance and career growth.
