Trace earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana State University, where he studied Human Resources Management and played collegiate baseball. His experience as a student-athlete shaped his leadership style: discipline, teamwork, and a drive to succeed.
Since joining CCS in 2023, Ferreira has advanced from Business Development Manager to Regional Director, helping drive growth across multiple markets while building strong, long-term client relationships. Known for his consultative, relationship-driven approach, he combines business development expertise with a commitment to exceptional customer service, helping clients solve complex facility challenges and achieve measurable results.
Before joining CCS, Ferreira advanced business development efforts at a related industry company, where he helped clients improve operations through customer-focused solutions. That background, paired with his work today, has shaped an approach built on listening, follow-through and long-term trust.
A graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Human Resources Management and a former collegiate baseball player, Ferreira brings a team-first mindset, discipline and competitive drive to every engagement, on and off the field.
