Denver, Colorado – September 24, 2026 – CCS Facility Services today announced that Cesar Sandoval has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence.
Sandoval brings more than 27 years of operations and strategy experience, with extensive leadership across operations, talent acquisition, leadership strategy, corporate initiatives, recruitment, leadership development, and customer relationship management. His background includes scaling high-performing teams, building operational infrastructure across complex multi-market organizations, leading workforce planning and high-volume recruiting programs, improving client onboarding and communication processes, and overseeing large-scale operations across North America, LATAM, and APAC.
In this newly created role, Sandoval will partner with CCS’s regional and branch teams to strengthen the operational fundamentals that drive results, including workforce and labor management, hiring and startup execution, scheduling, onboarding, process consistency, and the systems that support them. His focus is on building repeatable, proven processes that give branch teams the consistency and support they need to take care of their people and deliver reliably for customers.

Sandoval is starting by working directly with CCS’s Phoenix team, where he will support field-level recruiting, hiring, scheduling discipline, and operational leadership before extending his focus to the company’s newer branches in Texas.
