Denver, Colorado – September 3, 2026 – CCS is proud to announce that Trace Ferreira, Regional Director of Business Development, has been selected for the ISSA Emerging Leaders Class of 2026. Now in its third year, the program recognizes 30 professionals under the age of 40, the next generation of visionaries shaping the future of the global cleaning and facility solutions industry.
Ferreira was chosen from a highly competitive field of nearly 100 nominees for his outstanding contributions, leadership, and commitment to driving the industry forward. Ferreira is also eligible for the Rising Star Award in Honor of Jimmy Core, decided by public vote among colleagues, customers, and industry peers, with voting open September 3 through 18 at issa.com/emergingleaders.

Ferreira joined CCS in 2023 as a Business Development Manager and was promoted to Regional Director in less than two years, now leading growth across Colorado, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Mississippi. Before moving into business development, he worked as a janitor himself, an experience that keeps him grounded and gives him a rare humility for the industry he now serves. That firsthand perspective built a habit of asking the right questions before proposing a fix, an instinct that still guides how he works with clients today.
Colleagues describe that instinct as Ferreira’s signature: he listens first, follows through, and builds trust one job at a time rather than leaning on a pitch.
A graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Human Resources Management and a former collegiate baseball player, Ferreira brings a team-first mindset, discipline and competitive drive to every engagement, on and off the field.
This prestigious class will be honored at the ISSA Show North America 2026 in November.
