Denver, CO – September 9, 2025 – CCS Facility Services is proud to announce that Steve Larson, Executive Director of Business Development – Colorado, has been appointed President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
Larson, who has long been an active member of IFMA, was nominated and confirmed to the role on August 13. As President, he will lead the chapter in advancing the facility management profession across the Rocky Mountain region, fostering collaboration, and driving member engagement.

Established in 1989, The Rocky Mountain IFMA Chapter provides education, resources, and networking opportunities to Facility Managers throughout Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Larson’s leadership is expected to further strengthen the chapter’s impact and visibility.
