Todd VanOpdorp serves as Chief Operating Officer at CCS Facility Services. With nearly 40 years in the service industry (including more than 21 years with CCS Facility Services), Todd has built his career around people and operational excellence.
A trusted leader and mentor, Todd has played a central role in CCS Facility Services’ tremendous growth, helping the company expand into new regions while forging a culture of connection and care. He takes the most pride in mentoring team members and watching them grow into confident, capable leaders who reach new milestones in their careers.
Todd graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. His education laid the foundation for a long and rewarding career dedicated to developing people and strengthening service organizations.
Over the past four decades, Todd has earned a reputation for his supportive and people-centered leadership style. He believes that strong leadership starts with empathy: meeting people where they are, giving them the tools and encouragement to succeed, and investing in their personal and professional growth.
Todd’s leadership has helped CCS Facility Services maintain its position as a trusted, people-first service provider across industries. While he doesn’t seek personal recognition, he values the respect and trust of the teams he leads and the clients they serve.
He is an active member of several industry organizations, including BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association), and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).
