To bolster its thriving Houston business and expand its Texas presence, CCS Facility Services has welcomed a trio of industry veterans to the CCS team: Candace Burk, Vice President of Business Development; Brian Stewart, Vice President of Operations; and Janos Arcia, General Manager, Houston.
“With decades of combined experience and deep roots across Texas, our new leaders bring exceptional expertise in client relations, operations, and commercial growth that will position CCS Facility Services for continued success in the Lone Star State,” said Bill King, Chief Operating Officer of CCS Facility Services. “We’re thrilled to welcome these talented professionals to the CCS family as we build on our strong foundation and expand our footprint across Texas.”
Since launching its Texas operations in Houston in 2024, CCS Facility Services has built a team of over 400 industry professionals who bring best-in-class service to customers across the greater Houston region. The company currently services millions of square feet across multiple industries, including healthcare, government, commercial real estate, industrial manufacturing, and education. Together, Burk, Stewart, and Arcia will lead CCS Facility Services’ Texas expansion strategy, enhance client partnerships, and build on the company’s strong momentum across the state.
Previously, Burk served as a Vice President of Client Relations at a major security firm. A San Antonio native with more than 20 years of experience in the security industry, Candace was drawn to CCS Facility Services’ boutique feel and warm company culture.
“I’m excited to be a part of a company where the team cares as much about their work product as they do for each other,” she said. “I look forward to having a seat at the table and the opportunity to contribute to the company’s broader strategic vision as we continue to grow our Texas presence.”
Through her motto—Don’t let anyone outwork you—Burk hopes to inspire her team.
“When they win, I win, and vice-versa,” she said.
Stewart agreed, “We want them to know we’re behind them every step of the way.”
Stewart brings two decades of facility management experience. A Xerox Las Vegas lead-turned-Director of Operations for an international security company. Stewart comes to CCS Facility Services most recently from Protos Security, where he served as the VP of Operations for off-duty police security and managed a portfolio of business worth $260 million. As a longtime Houston resident, Stewart looks forward to leveraging his deep, in-market relationships to expand the company’s commercial real estate (CRE) presence, both in the Bayou City and across Texas.
Within CRE, Stewart has a strong background in Class A commercial building management, something he hopes will enhance CCS Facilities Services’ offerings not just in CRE, but across the company’s portfolio.
“Class A clients are Class A for a reason,” Stewart said. “They have high standards. It’s not just about providing excellent cleaning and facility management services, it’s about greeting tenants with a smile, going the extra mile, and positioning CCS Facility Services as a trusted partner for property managers.”
Both personally and professionally, Stewart’s commitment to integrity guides him. At work, this means doing the right thing when people aren’t looking and being honest when mistakes are made. Stewart recognized the same commitment within CCS Facility Services. In fact, it’s one of the things that attracted him to the company, and one he sees as a key differentiator.
“For clients, switching to CCS Facility Services is more than a logo change on their next invoice,” Stewart said.
Arcia seconded this. “We bring a higher level of service, enhanced expertise, and most importantly, unmatched care and commitment,” he emphasized.
Arcia, a Coast Guard veteran with operational leadership experience spanning more than 15 years, is deeply experienced with running large government contracts and overseeing portfolios worth over $100 million. But it’s his self-described “superpower” of people management that he’s most excited to put to work in his new role.
“I don’t think you can call yourself a leader until you’ve developed another person into one,” Arcia said.
Shares Arcia: “Leadership is about more than setting an example; it’s about helping others grow.”
In his new role, Arcia has already begun putting his ethos into action, successfully planning and launching the company’s recently acquired county contract that encompasses more than 50 locations across the greater Houston area.
Arcia believes that taking pride in what you do is essential to creating a successful company, an attribute instilled in him by his grandmother, and one he recognized in CCS Facility Services that drew him to the company.
Arcia noted, “When you take pride in your company, you don’t just hire people who can do the job, you hire people who take pride in their work and try to exceed expectations.”
CCS Facility Services is thrilled to welcome Burk, Stewart, and Arcia to the team and looks forward to seeing them establish the company as the Lone Star State’s premier commercial cleaning and facility services company by showcasing the customized service, elevated experience, and service heart mentality that set CCS Facility Services apart.
